So I have been slacking on my Exercise and eating routine haven't eaten all day till dinner 2 days in a row and boy did I feel it tonight. I was so busy just hanging out with my dad and kids I totally spaced it till it was dinner time.
Today I was more rushed out the door as soon as I woke up and got the kids and I all ready and took him back to Phoenix. I took 3 bananas 2 I gave to 1 each of the kids and sent the 3rd along with 2 oranges out on the road with my daddy. We did stop at Denny's for a last little visit before I took off back home.
When we got home both boys had already taken their short naps and would be up my hiney as I am trying to get them some food, so of course I forgot myself
Now I have gotten out of a routine of going for a "walk" but we ( Daddy and I) took the kids to the park for about 3 hours one afternoon where I did spurts of walking around, so it was not an epic fail in that area.
Hey I was slacking too!! but for a totally different reason- stomach aches have been my "friend" all week. So I limited the amount of crazy exercise. You can do it :D
